- The dispatches are accepted open for checking according to customs procedures. Filled in custom declaration CN23 is to be enclosed

Maximum dimensions of the parcels:
- Any dimension should not exceed 1050. Sum of length and biggest dimension (except length) should not exceed 2000
- For nonstandard parcels Any dimension should not exceed 2000, and the sum of length and biggest dimension (except length) should not exceed 3000
Packaging requirements:
- Packaging of the postal dispatch should be made of carton box with enough strength
- For fragile insertions additional security materials are to be offered: foam plastic, paper, wrapping film
- Household appliances are to be dispatched wrapped with producer packaging
- Correctly packaged cargo should not move inside the parcel in case of angle change
It is prohibited to send via mail dispatches:
- firearms and ammunition to it, steel arms and other subjects, specially designed for attack and defense (brass knuckles, stilettos, cans of paralytic fluids etc), explosives, flammable or other dangerous agents, military equipment, except as otherwise provided;
- drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors, included by the Drugs Control Committee into the list for special control in accordance with the legislation and radioactive substances;
- subjects of indecent and immoral behavior;
- weapon permits, employment history, military ID, passports and other documents for personality identification;
- goods, export of which is conducted with violation of intellectual property rights;
- objects of national, historical and cultural significance of Ukrainian people, defined in accordance with Ukrainian legislation;
- seeds and planting material, edible products of animal origin without heat treatment;
- live animals, except bees, leeches, silkworms, vermin and fighters against harmful insects, destined for studying these insects, which are exchanged by official institutions;
- objects, import of which is prohibited into the countries, specified in the Admission mail Guide.
